Hello Carlos,
This thing is already improved in latest trunk, you can create a session
for different shop and for that you have to create a different cash
register as well as payment method.
So please try with the latest trunk and go to Point of
Sale/configuration/ Point of Sales and there you can create a different
session.
Would you please check it.

Bug description:
In the point of sale module, you can inform the shop when you
introduce a pos.sale.order
But the cash registers (point of sale -> cash regvister -> cash
register) are not handled by shop...the field is not present.
So for example if I have 30 shops I can only have 1 cash register?
The cash register should have a m2o relationship to the shops
