state button is missing in task when duplicate project-phase

Bug description:
On latest revision [addons, server, client]
Step ----<>|:
1] open any record of project phase and duplicate it
2] so it will also duplicate task related to that phase
3] now open that task which create by duplicate of phase
4] so it's not display any button for change a stage or state
