if an invoice has a number, you can not delete it.
Otherwise you may have holes in the invoice numbers, which is illegal.

Bug description:
I'm using 6.1 with Openerp Web
Under Account->Customer Invoice
I try to delete a draft Invoice but message prompt and block me to
delete.
Message is "You cannot delete a invoice which is open or paid"
