HI:
In stable versión 6.1, the default permission group to access accounting
templates menu is Multicompany.
IMHO This is wrong, since any company even not multicompany should need
having access to access templates or change them manually.
I think this menus should be included on accounting
Configuration/manager group instead than multicompany.
