Can't create new Delivery Order

Bug description:
On trunk 7.0Alpha (running today's checkout) I cannot create a new
Delivery Order.
When adding a line item I see the following error message
"
The following fields are invalid:
* destination location
"
But there is no field I can see to add a destination location.
