Hello tozm, First of all If you doing old version to new version export import you may need data migration or esle you need to folllow all dependancy tabes to have complete imoprt.
The Import CSV feature has been improved from scratch and already merge in trunk http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject- addons/trunk/revision/7409 which fixes the problem and part of more accurate import feature the one lot of improvement is already proposed here https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-dev/openobject-server/trunk- newimport-phase2-xmo/+merge/126658 and will merged soon. And Note the import feature is handelled by base_import module in addons so it does not affected by server most part.
