The bug is fixed already, but it has to be a little bit tricky to solve this.
But how I used a existing database and in addon
"project/security/project_security.xml" line 38 tag "data" had set a flag
noupdate="1" and the changes don't happen in my db, so I set the tag to
noupdate="0" and work just fine.
If someone has another better way to do that I appreciate.

Openerp version: 7.0-20130710-231023
I try to create a new project using a user with Project Manager
permission and id I chose Privacy / visibility: All Users, it's just
fine, but if I change to any another one and try to save, I have this
message:
