I want to add that it is real usability bug, not an opinion, that leads user to misunderstanding which incoming pickings are late.

This is correct and makes sense, whereas stock.picking.in uses field 'date' for same comparison, which is creation date, which doesn't make sense. Please see diff for a fix.
