[7.0] Delivery cost on customer with sale price list not available

Bug description:
Hi,
I have create a devliery method with a price (ex : 850)
The product for this delivery method is on a categori "Transport"
On a customer i have affect a specific sale list price wich get 100%
of reduction to all product on "Transport" categorie.
When i choose this delivery method to the customer on a sale order the
result is the price on the delivery grid.
Normally i should have a product with an amount of ZERO.
