[7.0] Invoice form does not select invoice contact

Bug description:
To reproduce:
Create a partner that is a company and a customer. Create a contact of
type invoice.
Go to Accounting -> Customer invoices. Create a new invoice. Select
the company partner.
Expected results:
The invoicing contact should be addressed to the invoicing contact.
Actual result:
The invoice is addressed to the company partner.
