Hello,
When i install the hr and related module the "Compose new Message" button is
visible,
but when i install only the mail module the button is visible on right side.
So, It's not a bug.......

[Trunk]: Unable to Compose mail or 'Share with my followers...' after
installing mail module

Bug description:
Hello,
Tested with latest trunk.
Create new DB, Install mail module give all rights to Admin.
Go to Messaging > Inbox Try to compose a new msg...
Or Want to Share some information...
Result:
There is no compose button or facility to share Information.
Expected:
It should be there after installing mail module and proper access right
setting.
