https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/+bug/1194745 It's also a bit out of date as I just tested it on the latest trunk runbot 19689 in Chromium on Mac OS X 10.6.8 and it is not simply a case of needing to reload the page to get recurrent events to appear. It seems to me that resolving the bug might be facilitated by just having the one bug report receiving attention?
