Hello, an important remark, if you select pt_BR language (so it's likely to be related with accented chars because the "employee" link is "Funcionários" in pt_BR, you can reproduce the bug on runbot with last v7 releases server (5076) addons (9441) web (4027)
But the bug is not reproducible on the saas-1 branch instead. We also suspect it's a regression.
