[7.0/trunk] Deactivation not propagated to child res.partner records

Bug description:
When you have a company partner (for example, a customer) with
contacts in it, if you unmark "Active" field in the parent, children
continue active, being selectable in any document (sale orders,
invoices, and so on).
Steps to reproduce:
----------------------------
- Create a fresh DB.
- Create a customer called "Test customer" with "Is a company?" checked.
- Create a contact called "Test contact" that is children of "Test customer".
- Deactivate "Test customer".
- Go to Customers, and you will see "Test contact, Test Customer" in the list.
- If you have account or sale module installed, you can select "Test contact,
Test customer" doing a sale order or an invoice.
