Bug description:
In sale order, "Customers" menu is on the top, in purchase menu
"Suppliers" should be in top of menu.
In addons7.0/purchase/purchase_view.xml
Line 82 -> action="base.action_partner_supplier_form" sequence="15"/>
Change to -> action="base.action_partner_supplier_form" sequence="0"/>
To be after Root menu Purchase
