Bug description:
Environment (OS: Ubuntu, version: 12.04,browser: Chorme.)
Steps to reproduce in standard OE demo server
1.Install the Document Management System
2.Attach a file into system. For example, attach a file in the employee form
view.
Output/Expected output:
The time show in the attachment is the Database time without the TimeZone.
However in the Knowledge-Document the Date Created is with the TimeZone.
