I'm sorry, it looks like you are right. I was getting this error because my colleague has created an onchange function on invoice date that calls this function and than it reports an error. You can close this bug. I'm sorry for any inconvenience I've caused...

Error is on line 568: inv = self.browse(cr, uid, ids[0]) This will produce an error because ids is an empty list because this is a new invoice which has not been saved yet!
