Hello Elías Pérez gómez, After checking the issue according to the description, When I select serial number on the repair order All fields such as: Partner, Partner Address, Move and current Location becomes blank. This is because when you select move on the repair order for the product, here system will call onchange_move_id () method and fill the values in the fields and same happens when you select the serial number system calls onchange_lot_id() method and then check for the existing moves with this serial number and then fill the fields "Move and Current Location" with Partner and address.

So as for now I am setting the status of this bug as Invalid. Please let us know if I have missed something here or into the video.
