We agreed with al that this is not a bug related to the livechat. It is
a normal assumption that the anonymous user should not be desactivated,
removed nor modified. Making these tasks impossible should be handled in
a separate bug report.

Livechat Traceback when Anonymous user removed or disabled

Bug description:
1. Install livechat
2. Uncheck the box 'Active' of Anonymous User
3. Go to "Messaging" > "Channels". Select a channel or create a new one if
none is present
4. Hit the 'test' button
5. Enjoy the traceback.
