Steps to reproduce:
As Admin user:
1. HR => Leaves => Allocation Requests => Create: Any data => Save => Approve
2. HR => Leaves => Leaves Summary => Click on approved leave request => Click
REFUSE
Expected Result:
Allocation request is set to "To Approve", Refuse button changes to "Reset to
new"
What happens instead:
Error following fields are incorrect:
- StartDate
- EndDate

Consequence:
One mistake on Allocation Request Entry and you will never ever be able
to pull back the 100 Days Allocated Leave you have just approved.
