Public bug reported: Hello, i think i've found a bug.
1. Install auth_signup module 2. Add an Outgoing Mail Server (Settings >> General Settings >> Outgoing Mail Server 3. Configure the outgoing mail server with Gmail recommended settings (https://support.google.com/mail/troubleshooter/1668960#ts=1665018,1665144) 4. Test the server, everything is Ok, then save. 5. Log out, and create a new user account. 6. Check that User is properly created and has an email address. 7. Log out again. 8. Try to recover user password.
