1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed
Configure outgoing mail server, have two partners with the same email and
enable receive all messages, add them as followers on some model (I used task
manager "Project"), send a message from the task.
2) The result you observed
Send an email by partner with the same mailing address.
3) The result you expected
If you have two or more followers with the same email, only send the email once.
4) The platform your are using
Ubuntu 13.10
