Mail threads ignore the locale setting for date formatting in old
messages.
For example, in es_ES locale (date: %d/%m/%Y, time: %H:%M:%S):
- Newer messages show: "Hace 4 días" (4 days ago). > It's OK.
- Older ones show: Thu Mar 13 2014 11:39:18 GMT+0100. > It's not
understandable for a Spanish user, and (worst) is ignoring the date format
setting explained above.
