This bug can be tested on v7 & trunk on runbot on a db_all environment
steps to reproduce:
1. go in HR > Employees
2. Duplicate Anthony Lesuisse (v7) or Pieter Parker (trunk)
3. Watch it fail: all resources that have the person in v2 as manager are now
duplicated
