Public bug reported:
Situation :
When creating a MO -> confirm production -> the BOM gets picked and added to
the products to consume.
when running the scheduler, it generates the internal moves and the draft
purchase orders of the missing products.
when canceling the internal move - the MO gets back in the state picking
exception.
when re-opening the MO -> click on recreate picking, the BOM gets loaded
again into the MO under products to consume resulting in having all
parts twice in the list, instead of only generating the pick of the
needed products.
