Have you tried modifying the sudoers file?
The error message indicates that its contents are syntactically wrong.
The solution most probably is
rebooting the computer, selecting recovery mode - root command prompt from the
grub menu
remounting the root file system in read-write mode
correcting the contents of the /etc/sudoers file.
