Sorry for the late reply.

I did a couple of things:

1. cloned the latest git
2. installed cmake, and used that to create the vs2013 files. (be sure to
set the dynamic library setting if you want dll)
3. after that, the vs2013 project files compiled and tested fine. There
were a few issues with some of the openexr tests compiling, but ilm
compiles and tests 100% successfully.
