I believe that currently there is an easier way to demultiplex the irq
from the pcap registers.
The demultiplexer code came from Harald, its pretty old, i did just
some fixes to get it working on .21, but i never searched for other irq
expanders, so i am not sure if its the best way.

Humm, 90% of the work is on pcap itself, 6% on TS, 2% on UDC and
another 2% on MCI.
UDC is essential for testing (how will i connect to the phone and run
ts_test?), and TS is the best driver to put some stress on pcap.

        ACK.
