Good to have this verified. The other interesting bit you and Timothy found out was that the bootloader on the Q also uses the same protocol for uploads as the one on EZX. Sadly it could not be verified that the uploaded kernel was going to work, right? Have I missed an update on this? I think these two bits of information could give other people interested in linux on moto wince smartphones some hints.
