Root-NFS: unable to get nfsd port number from server, using default

Root-NFS: Unable to get mountd port number from server, using default
mount: server returned error -5 while mounting /root/andoid_nfs
VFS: Unable to moubnt root fs via NFS, trying floppy.
VFS: Cannot open root device "nfs" or unknow-block(2,0)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option; here are the avaible paritions:
b300 243712 mmvblk0 driver:mmcblkb301 243660 mmcblkop1
Kernel panic -not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(2,0)
(3) I am sure i have exported my rootnfs correctly on my host.
r...@ubuntu:/home/administrator/boot_usb-0.2.0# showmount -e
Export list for ubuntu:
/home/android_nfs (everyone)
(4) I am sure i can ping 192.168.1.2 OK, but i can't telnet to 192.168.12.
r...@ubuntu:/home/administrator/boot_usb-0.2.0# showmount -e
ssh: connect to host 192.168.1.2 prot 22: Connection refused.
How could i fix my telnet problem??I need you help, thanks.
