Hi David

MS initiator does not like capital letters in the iSCSI volume name. We
have fixed this issue in the repository to make Openfiler convert all
uppercase volume group and volume names to lowercase. Karan should be
releasing an update package for the "openfiler" package shortly to fix
this issue.
