Hi Kirit Yes it's a bad idea. Openfiler is a different distribution and several packages would conflict as we provide patched packages to implement custom functions. Openfiler is meant to be installed on a box to serve just as a filer---nothing else. It modifies several files and won't likely co-exist with Webmin.
