Hi Alan

I am parsing a 27MB OPML file with Python's minidom and hope Linux
doesn't OOM while I'm typing this email and kill my mail client..

Snapshots are mounted automatically as read-only volumes
under /mnt/snapshots/. Shares in snapshots are also shared as read-only
shares if sharing is enabled for that particular snapshot. You should be
able to access such shares using a client, just like accessing normal
shares, except the snapshot shares are read-only.

It doesn't create them then :-) You should also get an email message
about it for scheduled snapshots.. look for MAILTO="" in the "openfiler"
user's cronjob for /opt/openfiler/sbin/snapshotter.php.

crontab -u openfiler -e

Using any backup utility. I had requested for Bacula to be put into the
distribution, but I don't know if it's there. Check for it. Snapshots
are mounted under /mnt/snapshots/

Good luck!
