Hi all

Well, that's a slight exaggeration.

I did a conary updateall today (new kernel 2.6.19.3-0.1 installed) and, as
usual, the grub was set to boot from the single processor kernel. I changed
that to reboot from the smp kernel rebooted and it died just after rebboting
vmlinuz. I had a message on the bottom of the screen that said something about
int6 and what looked like some register details.

I rebooted from the single processor version of that kernel, no problems. The
question (s) are, anyone else hit that a problem with that kernel and smp? Can
I get the details of the boot problem from and logs and if so which ones?

OF is installed on a Tyan motherboard with a couple of AMD MPs and a 3ware
9500s raid, any more info else needed just ask.

Regards

Bill
