I am new to openfiler and I am trying it out to see if it will work in my scenario. I have come across a few snags that I would like some advice on. Firstly: I have installed openfiler of a Sun X4500, this box has 24tb (48x500gbSATA) disks. Under Physical Storage Mgmt openfiler only shows the first 26 /dev/sda to /dev/sdz is this a known issue or is there something on my system? I have a qla2340 FC card in the machine connected to my HP EVA san, I have presented a 1tb lun to the machine. How do I get this to work? I tried doing a fdisk -l but I cant see the lun at all, how can I tel if the card drivers have been loaded. Regards Garry Harper
