I decided to ignore the warning and to continue with the update .. and everything went fine I can't tell yet if things work better now - but everything seems to work well

I pretty much had the same error when I executed then same update command. However, I just ignored it and continued with the rest of the upgrade process. Now openfiler works at an awesome level - much better that before the upgrade.
