Jacky,

Openfiler is excellent NAS/SAN server. It can provide access from local LDAP
users (LDAP run on local openfiler) or from M$ NT or AD domain users. So
there is on you that proper configure everythin an go. 

Configure it on Account/Athentication menu.
Then switch to expert view, select Use Windows domain ..., AD or nt4 style,
input domain name, PDC, realm, select join domain and provide necessary
admin account with password. 

Users from domain can then acces shares from their machines without problems
or inputing any username or password. Both of them are used from domain into
which user is logged.
