I have installed OF on 5 Dell boxes. The plan is to have 2 running HA as the cluster file server for a Windows AD domain, and the other 3 as the OF SAN behind the cluster.
All 5 boxes are up and running OF 2.3. The cluster boxes have successfully joined the Windows AD domain and all Groups and Users are visible. I am now ready to setup the HA cluster on the front 2 boxes, but do not know exactly how to go about it. I have seen this article on setting up HA for version 2.2 - http://wiki.hyber.dk/doku.php/openfiler_2.2_ha-cluster_guide Is that the only documentation there is on "How To" get this installed and running? Is it accurate for OF 2.3? Can I implement HA via the OF 2.3 GUI? Or do I have to go to the command line stuff listed in the article? I am NOT a Linux guy and had hoped that the GUI would do everything I needed. Unfortunately, the GUI is telling me that the HA mode is not enabled, and I do not see HA as an option under Services.
