  I am a new bee to linux ..........so didnt know it.It took me quite a while 
to find the same answer on a ubuntu forum.
I deleted the .Xauthority file and every thing is working fine now :)

I assume you mean that you can't start X11 in the VM console window.
A simple google search suggests precisely what I would suggest: delete the 
.Xauthority file and try again.
