Hi I am new to CPqD. I want to create a network a network with switch connected to ODL and 2 hosts. Both switch and ODL are installed on same machine (say its ip is a.b.c.d). I want to connect 2 machines to this switch. I started the switch.
*sudo ip link add link ethX address 00:19:d1:29:d2:58 macvlan0 type macvlansudo udatapath/ofdatapath --datapath-id=000000000002 --interfaces=macvlan0 ptcp:6680 & secchan/ofprotocol tcp:a.b.c.d:6680 tcp:a.b.c.d:6653 & * After this in dlux, I see 1 switch with many hosts. in "Nodes" section of dlux, node connectors shown are 2, flows are 3. 1. Why are there so many hosts? 2. I have stopped the switch and even after that I can see it in dlux. 3. How do I attach ports and interfaces on the siwtch so that I can attach physical computer to it?
