Tomas, should we reopen [1] if we are seeing this issue? [2] is a carbon job with the problem and [3] is an oxygen with the problem.
Related question, does [4] need a cherry-pick or equivalent patch for carbon? I see [5] and [6] were cherry-picked to carbon and they were in the same patch stack for bug [1].
