Jenkins doesn't look particularly loaded, and I don't see any relevant openflowplugin jobs in the queue. I don't see any recent changes to openflowplugin JJB. I don't see any suspicious changes to global-jjb. I see other people talking about jobs not being triggered, like here: https://lists.opendaylight.org/pipermail/integration-dev/2018-June/012142.html Maybe Jenkins needs to be kicked? I'm not sure.
