Scribus has a Color Wheel tool (Extras menu) with excellent color blind previewing. Popping the Tango dark green (Chameleon) of #4e9a06 into a Triadic color scheme gives #007bff and #ff0084 http://dave.lab6.com/acid/dump/2009/oflb-colors.png
