one example of not understood java-file
I used opengrok 0.9 compiled from source using patches from
https://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=15956
1.) some normal java Files didn't understand by Indexer
2.) *.properties Files didn't understand by Indexer
3.) *.sh Files didn't understand by Indexer
4.) *.apt Files didn't understand by Indexer -> Maven documentation files
to 4.) I understand, that not all file-formats can be known by the indexer,
but than they should be indexed as plain text-files, when they are not marked
as binary.
