Since we moved to v0.9 of opengrok, links from indexed source are invalid and
result in a 404. For example, the following link from a Java class name:
http://sou-opengrok.eng.vmware.com:8080/source/s?refs=ScopingTransformer
is broken. If "source/" is manually removed from the URL, it works fine, but
this is too laborious for normal use. This was not an issue with v0.7.
