Change the default value of AS_HOME to "glassfish"
Previously it was set to a value under /opt, but that doesn't
apply on all platforms (MacOSX use /Applications, Windows use
something else etc). If we default to "glassfish" users may
just create a symbolic link to their glassfish installation,
or invoke ant with -DAS_HOME=/path/to/my/glassfish
