Installed OSOLopengrok package to fresh S11 system and tried to deploy:
# /usr/opengrok/bin/OpenGrok deploy
Loading the default instance configuration ...
Installing /usr/opengrok/bin/../lib/source.war to /var/tomcat6/webapps ...
cp: /usr/opengrok/bin/../lib/source.war and /var/tomcat6/webapps//source.war
are identical
FATAL ERROR: Web Application Installation FAILED - Aborting!
The deploy script should just copy the source.war to Tomcat webapps directory.
Installing the file into location maintained by another package is not a good
idea anyway.
The users should just install OSOLopengrok and run OpenGrok deploy.
