Update the monotone support for 1.0
This issue was reported on the mailing list by Richard.
In addition to his suggestion we'll start using the --quiet --quiet
option instead of --reallyquiet. If you want to utilize the old
deprecated interface you'll have to set the following property
to "true"
org.opensolaris.opengrok.history.monotone.deprecated
