Glassfish user has to authenticate your svn, save this login and it will
work then

check the logs of glassfish for more info, most probably user under
which glassfish runs is not able to run(has problems, try to switch to
it and run the command from the logs) appropriate svn log command, or
glassfish cannot find svn binary ...
