Parameters in StatusAcct are supposed to be the
same as SQLAcct. SQLAcct gives Q.931 dcc as Hex values, but the StatusAcct
shows as Dec values. Am I misinterpreting? Or does it mean that
StatusAcct follows FileAcct?
